WHAT WE CAN DO Fragile Srl - What we can do - Definition of geological models and process interpretation

DEFINITION OF GEOLOGICAL MODELS AND PROCESS INTERPRETATION

Fragile Srl personnel developed a strong geological and geomorphological background that gives us the possibility to enhance InSAR interpretation for the specific deformation process in its geological context.

For an extensive comprehension of the analyzed deformation processes, the definition of geological models and process interpretation of the investigated area is necessary.

Fragile Srl delivers to the customers InSAR analyses supplied by GIS and GPS maps resulting from field and UAV surveys, aerial photo interpretation and high-resolution topography.

Investigations allow us to understand the areal extension and the kinematics of the deformation process, in addition to the characteristics of the involved material. These data represent a key factor in driving the selection of the most adequate InSAR processing strategy.

In situ activities are also fundamental for defining the stable reference area for the InSAR analysis, and for validating InSAR signals of displacements by the comparison with field displacement features.

During the years we specialized also in the design of monitoring systems and data interpretation. We can assist our customers in the selection of the most appropriate monitoring strategy that combines ground-based and remote sensing tools for alert and alarm purposes.
